From deployed AI call systems: When we operate an AI call agent on behalf of a client business, that system may process caller names, phone numbers, account information, and spoken content during calls. This data is collected solely to fulfill the call handling service. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through our website is used to:

— Respond to deployment inquiries and prepare custom proposals — Communicate with you about our services — Send transactional emails related to your inquiry (via Resend)

4. Call Data and PII Handling

All call transcripts and logs processed by deployed Call Staff Pro agents are subject to real-time PII redaction. Sensitive data including Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, and other regulated identifiers are automatically detected and scrubbed before storage.

Each client deployment operates in a fully isolated environment. Your data is never commingled with another client's data and is never used to train public AI models.
